Our online storefront is available to Organisers and Exhibitors alike and showcases all services, furniture, lighting etc for order. We manage this with your exhibitors, offer marketing campaigns, login management, payment etc. The storefront can be fully branded to form an extension of your event design.
Exhibitors, experienced and new will have queries on their package entitlements, how they can utilise their space, schedules of work, liaising with contractors etc. Once the Storefront is open we take the lead with all conversations and contact from your Exhibitors ensuring you are free to focus on your event.
We liaise with the venue on your behalf to ensure your mains supplies and installation testing is sufficient, Health & Safety, Method Statements Risk Assessments and submissions of plans are submitted as required. Our team has over 16 years experience and has worked in most UK venues so we can give you guidance on what works well, challenges to expect and practical solutions. We will always endeavour to reduce the venue Mains charges where applicable by using LED lights, and suggesting alternative lay outs to reduce unnecessary Organiser costs.
