Our dedicated event management is structured to providing the optimum service level for every event regardless of market type or size of event.
Through regular contact with our office you'll be able to access all our event planning skills, expertise plus maximising service levels. Our CAD department is an in house service and can liaise with the chosen venue and yourself to ensure you reach the most advantageous, safe and practical layout. In house event management delivers a consistent approach to our event planning and show success for the organiser.

Experience in all aspects of exhibitions and events including venue rules and regulations. With the submission of health and safety documentation required by the venues. Once an order is placed we perform site surveys as required and the CAD team manage your "to scale" floor plan leading up to the event.
The admin and CAD team support and communicate directly with the in house installation team through the event delivery, ensuring the smooth running of every show from pre-show planning through to show build up, open period and breakdown.
Also available is tailor made show/event manuals with your crucial event information which can be and sent direct to each exhibitor. This enables the opportunity for exhibitors to order a full range of extras, i.e furniture, graphics and audio visual equipment. It allows a collation of name board information and exhibitor H&S declaration forms. Plus you may want to include parking arrangements, exhibitor badge info, security information and map/directions.
